My Definite Chief Aim

Thanks to Napoleon Hill, one of the greatest motivational authors, I learned about the “Definite Chief Aim”. It’s about setting your goal that is achievable and measurable. My ultimate definite chief aim now is to have a debt-free life. Ever since I could remember, I had never been out of credit card. Until now, I still rely on my credit cards for emergency purchases.

Credit cards per se are not bad. What’s bad is the habit of swiping your card to purchase unnecessary things. Or using the card to defer payments on things that are obviously below your means. In line with my definite chief aim, I should have eliminated one credit card already in two years.
