I saw a leaflet on a dermatologist’s clinic a few months ago. It was a leaflet that contains an ad about glutathione and grape seed extract. It was more than an advertisement, actually. It is an informative material on the benefits that one can get from glutathione and grape seed extract.
I have read in that material that glutathione and grape seed extract are complementary products. Glutathione is a whitening vitamin for the liver and it works well if it is taken along with an anti-oxidant like grape seed extract. And that made me wonder what grape seed extract is.
I made my own research about it and I found out that it was really sourced from the grape seed itself. It really stands for its name. It is said to contain vitamin E, flavonoids, linoleic acid, and OPCs. Grape seed extract is also said to be useful to treat heart diseases such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. There still a lot of diseases that are said that can be cured by grape seed extracts but still needs to be researched on further. But as of my recent findings, I could say that there is really a wonder with grape seed extract! If taken in moderation, this could really help us maintain a healthy body.
