During this time of the year, weather can be so unpredictable! Rainy and sunny days are alternating, high and low humidity and temoeratures, and even cool and cold nights—these are perfect formulas for contracting colds, flu or fevers. Eating right and exercising will work wonders when paired with the right vitamins. Let’s make sure that we got loads of Vitamin C to boost our immune system and keep us strong. It’s very important for us to maintain a very healthy body because my family’s health is our only wealth!
