‘Tis the season to be Healthy
During Christmas season, it is always a fact that we usually serve food which are not only rich in fat but has that extra “yummyness” that makes our taste buds do a little Christmas jig. And no matter how hard we try to not to, we find our selves sneaking in a teensy bit more..just one last bite scheme! Eating out during the christmas season is okay. It won’t hurt! However, we should make sure that we burn what we eat. Therefore, if we eat more during the season, then it’s high time that we should also move more! And after the christmas season, let’s continue working out to get back into shape!
