Chew More to Weigh Less

A recent study showed that when you chew your food at least forty (40) times, you will likely lessen your weight than those who chew their foods 10 or 20 times only. Extra chewing of food will best curb your hunger and the feeling of fullness will last longer. The act of chewing longer will switch into your brain that you are now satisfied. For people conscious of their weight, this is indeed a good idea.
