We need l/4 cup of chopped spring onions, l/4 cup of white onions which have been finely chopped and boiled, 1 cup of cooked and flaked tinapa (smoked fish), 1 bar cream cheese which have been softened at room temperature, juice of one or two calamansi, ¼ cup all-purpose cream, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, ½ teaspoon fine salt and ¼ teaspoon of finely ground black pepper. Mix all ingredients together and add the spring onions last. This can be served with toasted bread.
